Return Procedure:

You have 7 working days following the delivery of your order to return an item. Follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service at 621123081 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Alternatively, create your return from your CBS Trading account by clicking on “My Commands – Return – Create a Return.”

  2. Drop off your item at a CBS Trading agency if you were delivered by an agency.

  3. The item will only be received if it is accompanied by its invoice, all its accessories, and in its original packaging in good condition.

  4. All returned items are subject to verification examination.

Reasons for Returns:

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Missing part
  • Non-compliance with the product offered on the site
  • Counterfeiting

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Phone accessories (protective films, cases, covers, etc.)
  • Electronic accessories (earphones, chargers, headsets, etc.).

Attention:

If the problem arises from customer use and/or all return conditions are not met, the return of the item will be refused.

Note that no returns will be accepted beyond 7 working days after the delivery of the order. However, most of our products are covered by a warranty. Check the details of your order for information on the warranty period for your item processing times.

The return procedure starts from checking your product at the CBS Trading center.

Product replacements are typically processed within 1 to 3 days.

If the replacement is not carried out within 3 days, contact customer service at 621123081 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Refunds:

There are no refunds of money in our sales policy. Clients can only exchange the purchased item for another one or get a similar item of good quality.
