- Contact our customer service to check the eligibility of your return by calling (+237) 670206100, (+237)677768710 from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm or create your return from your CBS Trading account by clicking on my orders - return - create a return.

Package the product in its original casing
- Packing the product in its original casing and we will send a collector. If you collected the product at our pick up shop, kindly bring it back to the location

Confirm product condition
- he item will only be accepted if it is accompanied by its receipt, all its accessories and in its original packaging, in good condition.

Review
- We will review your returned order to make sure it meets our return policy. If everything is okay, we can proceed with a product replacement or repair at no extra cost.
Reasons for returns
Below are the reasons for accepting returns:
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing parts
- Non-conformity with the product shown on the site
- Counterfeit
Cannot be returned :
- Underwear (shorts, swimwear, etc.), etc)
- Skin Care, Beauty, Cosmetics and Hygiene products and accessories
- Food and consumables (cigars, drinks, etc).
- Phone accessories (protective films, cases, covers, etc.)
- Electronic accessories (headphones, chargers, headphones, etc).
WARNING:
If the problem arises from the customer’s use and/or if all the conditions for return are not met, then the return of the item will be refused
Please note that no returns will be accepted after 7 business days after delivery of the order. However, most of our products are covered by a warranty. Please check the details of your order to find out the warranty period for your item.
Processing times for returns
The return procedure begins once your product has been checked at CBS.
- Product replacements are made within 1 to 3 days.
If the replacement is not made within 3 days, please contact customer service at (+237) 670 206 100 during working hours.
- Refunds for returned items are effective within 3 to 5 days. Refunds are made exclusively by Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
If the refund is not made within 5 days, please contact customer service at (+237) 670 206 100 during working hours.
